• Fraction of hours and Kms will be charged as one and calculated from our Madikeri office to Madikeri office.
• Parking, entry fee, toll and taxes if any shall be borne by client.
• Driving before 06.00hrs and after 20.00hrs attracts 1 extra  Chauffeur batta.
• Rates are subject to change with / without prior notice.
• Extra kms shall be settled directly with our Chauffeur with service tax.
• Deviation in the pick up or drop is not allowed without prior permission from Manager- Operations.  We are not responsible for deviation if any without our knowledge.
• Our liability is limited to amount paid only and you are responsible for your belongings.
• We provide the transport at the scheduled time. If the Guest are not able to visit the sightseeing places well in time, spot the animals or participate in local activities, due to some reasons beyond our control, we are not responsible.
• 5% GST extra on total bill.

• If you are unable to locate your driver for any reason, it is your responsibility to call the number shown on your voucher / information sheet for assistance, before making alternative arrangements.
• Ensure that you are waiting in the main lobby at least 5 minutes prior to your  confirmed pick up time.
• If traveling with babies/infants, you are responsible for bringing infant seat  with you in your vehicle
•  It is your responsibility to call us previous day evening to your cell: +91-9845199077 / +91 9845197518 and provide us your hotel name, room number and your cell number before 18.00hrs to one of our executive.
• We send SMS with Chauffeur Name, Cell No. and Vehicle number previous day evening from 18.00 to 19.00hrs.  Do call us to assist you previous day evening only. Do not wait for vehicle in the morning without reconfirming even though you have paid in advance.
