  • If you are unable to locate your chauffeur for any reason, it is your responsibility to call the number shown on your voucher or the above number to assist you before making alternative arrangements.
  • Please ensure that you are waiting in the main lobby of your accommodation at least 5 minutes prior to your confirmed pickup time if you are staying in a hotel.
  • If traveling with babies/infants, you are responsible for bringing infant seat  with you in your vehicle.
